Bio

Coby Bailey, a 2022 graduate of Indiana Tech, is in his fourth season at Huntington as the hurdles coach and assistant sprints coach. This past spring he was named the Great Lakes Region Men's Assistant Coach of the Year by the USTFCCCA.

As a standout hurdler and sprinter for the Warriors, Bailey racked up 12 NAIA All-American badges over the course of his four-year career in black and orange. He was an eight-time WHAC conference champion. As a freshman he was voted the Newcomer of the Year in the WHAC and as a senior he was recognized by WHAC as the top performer for the indoor season.

Bailey graduated from Indiana Tech holding the 60 meter hurdles record (7.82). He was also part of two NAIA National Championship teams.

Bailey holds a degree in Recreational Therapy from ITT.
