Platt Arena

Originally dedicated in 1973, this 1100-seat gymnasium is one of the premier basektball arenas in Indiana since being renovated in the fall of 2023. It was deemed Platt Arena in 2012 after Huntington men’s basketball legend Steve Platt. The arena is home to the Forester men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball programs.

The facility renovation included a new wood floor highlighted by silhouettes of a forest at each end of the court. The arena also features portable basketball goals, a jumbotron scoreboard and a second-story presidential suite that overlooks the court.
