Ratinho earns CL Offensive Player of the Week praises

HUNTINGTON, Ind. – Huntington senior Joao Ratinho powered his team to a 2-1 upset over #6 Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday to garner Crossroads League Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week accolades s announced by the national office earlier this afternoon.

The 6-1 forward scored both of HU's goals with the game-winner coming inside a minute to play in a high-stakes CL matchup with a conference championship on the line. With this win, the #RV Foresters are sitting in first along with Grace while the Wildcats are now tied for second with Marian.   

The Foresters (12-4-1, 6-2) wrap up the regular season on Wednesday with a trip to #RV Marian.
