
HU Women Post Runner-Up Finish
Knoxville, Tenn.- The HU women's golf team got off to a strong start in the spring portion of their schedule with a second-place finish at the Island Point Intercollegiate Invitational out of six teams. Kira Moore and Grace Dill finished tied for fifth place with a 165 (+21), while Riley Kitson (168, +24), Madelyn Weaver (182, +38), and Myleigh Moon (192, +48) finished in the top 20. Moore and Dill were both named to the All-Tournament Team.

William Penn finished atop the leaderboard with 68 over par team score of 644. Huntington (680), Olivet Nazarene (689), Olivet College (743), Georgetown (758), and Defiance (816) rounded out the six-team event.
LOOKING FORWARD
The Huntington women's team will head to Noblesville on March 21st to compete in the Purgatory Intercollegiate Invitational at the Purgatory Golf Club.
