Abby Sheehan joins the coaching ranks of the Forester women’s golf program with this fall marking her first year. In addition to assisting with practices and offering support during tournaments, she will also help with recruiting, player development and building team culture.

Sheehan played golf at HU where she earned a spot in the top five each year. During her final campaign, the team established new program records for lowest 18-hole, 36-hole and 54-hole scores.

Sheehan’s success in the classroom was also notable having earned Dean’s List honors each semester, being named to the HU Athletic Honor Roll each year and claiming two NAIA Scholar Athlete designations.

Sheehan graduated in 2024 with a degree in Education and Special Education.
