
Foresters knocked out of Crossroads Tourney
MARION, Ind. - The #5 seeded Huntington University women's tennis team fell to the #4 seeded Indiana Wesleyan Wildcats 5-2 in the quarterfinals of the Crossroads League tournament. The Foresters' Addison Mast won the first set against IWU's Meribel Jarna before Jarna retired at the end of the second set. Courtney Rich won the #3 singles match over Rebecca Dick.

Tuesday's loss knocks HU out of the Crossroads League tournament. The Foresters will wrap up the fall slate on October 26th at Cedarville.

IWU is ranked #15 in the NAIA rankings. The Crossroads League semi-finals will take place on Thursday, with the finals being held on Saturday, October 5th.
