
Huntington kicks off season with Warrior Open, four Foresters qualify for nationals
Fort Wayne, Ind. – The HU women's indoor track and field program opened their season Friday at the Warrior Open hosted by Indiana Tech. Four individuals qualified for nationals and the Foresters won six events. Trysta Hilton broke her own HU record in the pentathlon by racking up 3,149 points. As part of the pentathlon, she also set a new Huntington record in the 60 meter hurdles by clocking in at 9.48.
